Repairs are guaranteed for a Six Month period.

Covers all parts and labor except power, audio and IF transformers; and RF/OSC coils. If the power transformer were to fail, labor and replacement costs will range from $200 to $300 depending on type of transformer employed. Labor and replacement/repair costs of audio and IF transformers; and RF/OSC coils ranges from $50 to $200 each.

To avoid power transformer failure, DO NOT PLAY YOUR RADIO/AUDIO TUBE EQUIPMENT FOR OVER TWO STRAIGHT HOURS.

Exercise your tube equipment at least once a week to keep all electrical and mechanical parts in good working order.

If your tube equipment acts up or fails to come on within 30 seconds, unplug and call immediately.
