SHIPPING AND PACKING REQUIREMENTS

BOX SIZE AND DOUBLE BOXING

Box size should be at least 2 times each dimension (length, width, height) of Equipment to be shipped. For Equipment over 10 lbs, double box the Equipment.
NOTE: Equipment must sustain a 6 foot drop.

SPEAKER

Place a sturdy piece of cardboard over the Speaker Cone, cut to outer frame, and tape well to frame. Do not use scotch tape. Tape wire to Speaker frame. Wrap Speaker with medium bubble wrap at least 3 times around. Fold up ends and tape.

EQUIPMENT PREPARATION

Set Radio Dial to low end (550kHz). Leave Tubes in Chassis. Wad up paper and pack into crevices of Chassis, especially around Tubes. Wrap Chassis with medium bubble wrap at least 3 times around. Fold up ends and tape.

BOX PREPARATION

Place peanuts in bottom of box so that when Equipment (Equipment and/or Speaker) is place in, Equipment will sit in the center of box. Fill the rest of box with peanuts a little bit higher than top of box. Then seal top.
